Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened beauty products
- Personal care items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at returns@bloomev.shop within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds, not direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bloomev.shop with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
